El video fue dirigido por Chris Milk y fue puesto en libertad el 25 de julio de 2008.

Tiene lugar en una cena y gira en torno a una pareja que se rompe en los que el hombre saca su corazón lo coloca sobre la mesa y le da a la mujer. El corazón entonces cobra vida y empieza a cantar en la cena antes de finalmente stabing con un cuchillo y tirando de los mans cabeza fuera de su cuerpo.
El vídeo presenta un aspecto de Jorma Taccone SNL de Hot Rod y la Fama.
